Heather Schultz

Basketball is a sport that I have been playing since my first years at Westwood. That was back when on the weekends all the younger kids would come to the school and play against each other. If the other team  didn't have enough players then you would just give them one of your team players. There was always that team that was so much better than everybody. However now that I am in high school everyone is close to being equal but their are still those who stick out more. "Super Stars," as some people here at Westwood call them. Recently we had a motivational speaker by the name of Heather Schultz come and talk to our high school, and listening to her really makes me think about making the right choices. Which is why I have decided what I really want out of life and for the future, which is why I really want to try and get a scholarship for basketball.
